The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is different than the
price shown in my shopping cart, why?
Due to policies set forth by our
suppliers, we are only allowed to advertise down to a certain price
point. This however, does not mean that we can not meet our
customers' expectations of low prices while at the same time
guaranteeing high levels of service.
For actual pricing, please be sure to
add the item in question to your shopping cart.
Once you
add an item to your cart, you will be taken directly to your shopping
cart and the actual price will be viewable. From that point,
multiple items can be purchased and/or deleted before checking out.

Purchasing Products
How are products shipped?
Unless otherwise requested, all orders
will be shipped by the most economical means available, usually FedEx
Ground. Requests for special methods of delivery can be made in
advance; and Overnight/Rush orders will be honored whenever possible.
All shipping costs, as well as any
additional costs for special handling are the responsibility of the
customer. The H2 Source can not guarantee overnight shipping or
the performance of any contracted freight carrier.
All shipping charges are F.O.B. from the
distribution centers.

I received part of my order, but some items did not arrive yet, why?
It is possible that an item
is on backorder, we try and ship out the products that are available as
soon as possible - even if it does not complete the order. Do not
worry, you will not be charged additional freight costs.
OR
Often times your product is
drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. It is possible that
your order includes products from different manufacturers and therefore
your order is split into two or more shipments coming from different
locations.

What are your billing terms?
Orders will be shipped pre-paid (cash,
check, credit card or wire transfer) unless special account agreements
have been made. The terms of any open account purchases will be
specific to that agreement.
Any checks returned to the H2 Source
unpaid are subject to a $25.00 processing fee and all other costs
incurred by the H2 Source in the collection of those funds.

I received an email that my product shipped, can I receive a tracking
number?
Absolutely. Simply
send us an email and give us the name
on the order, we will reply back with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
All returns require a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. Any merchandise ordered in error is
subject to a 15%, or minimum $25.00 restocking fee.
Freight charges must be pre-paid on all
returns.
Refused orders will be charged a
restocking fee, and the account will be placed on hold until all freight
and handling charges have been settled.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days
from the original invoice date.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely.
However, our banks will not
allow us to accept credit cards with Billing Addresses outside of the
United States, so payment must be made by either PayPal or Bank/Wire
Transfer.
Keep in mind there likely
will be additional freight charges to ship to your location.
Please
send us an email, including your ship
to address and the products you are interested in. We will provide
a complete invoice to you and additional instructions from that point.

How safe and secure
are online transactions at the H2 Source?
The H2 Source Inc. provides secure and
reliable payment solutions, and handles all processing date in strict
confidence. The security of all transaction data is managed through a
password-protected environment. Passwords are required to access our
system, and all electronic data is only available to H2 Source employees
who are permitted to access it.
